Uninstall qt4.2 and keep qt4.4 on linux

Hello, i'm recently using Linux openSUSE as OS, and with it's factory progs their was the qt 4.2, i've successfully installed qt4.4 (/usr/local) but i need to completly remove the 4.2 ( I Think i'm still compiling with 4.2 !!!!)
So how can i do it,
