Qt Designer 4.1.2 crash

Qt Designer 4.1.2 crash

Hi,
I have Qt 4.1.2 designer installed on RHEL os. When I open the designer throught Applications->Programming->Qt Designer, the designer opens up. The moment I try to load any ui file, (File->Open Form), the designer crashes(disappears).

Please suggest the probable causes

Hello,
I am facing the same problem with Fedora 6 here.The application just crashes when I try to open Qt4 Designer.Can you help me out with this?
I had used
yum install qt4-designer
to install qt4 designer.

I would appreciate any help.
