Responsibilities:
• Development of core networking product.
• Debug application, fix bugs and implement new functionality
• Write good quality code
• Guide/Mentor the junior team members
Skill Requirements:
Good programming skills in C, C++
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix
Ability to write clean, well-structured C++ code with proper abstractions
Relevant work experience desirable: Sr. Software Engineer- 4 to 6 years, Software Engineer- 1+ years
Desirable Skills:
Experience with GUI Development
Knowledge of database design: SQL, MySQL (preferred).
General Requirements:
BE/ B. Tech/ MCA/ MS/ ME/ M. Tech in EE/ ECE/ CS/ IT from a reputed Institute/University
Ability to work with a small team in a demanding, fast-paced, start-up environment
Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and have a flexible, positive attitude
Software Project Interns – Development (2 Positions)
* Currently pursuing a BE/MCA/MS in Computer Science or related technical field.
* Good understanding of Systems Software concepts.
* Excellent implementation skills (C/C++).
* Knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
* Familiarity with network programming is a plus.

Be responsible for the "big picture" on enterprise software products in telecom domain and take an active role during execution of innovative ideas. This will involve providing solid product architecture, decision making on software/platforms being used in the development of the product, innovative product features.
The up-front thinking behind creating the metaphors for the project, building the team and planning the ultimate deployment of the system.
Collaborate on architecture and design decisions with a team of talented developers in an nonhierarchical environment
Guide the team to consistency and creativity throughout the software development lifecycle
Roll up your sleeves and code if need be
Help the company to continue to build robust, technically leading edge systems across all the products.
Take a technical leadership: this will encompass delivery of systems, internal thought leadership, conference attendance/presentation and contributing to articles and standards.
And you have...
BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MS/ ME/ MTech in EE/ ECE/ CS/ IT from a reputed Institute/University.
Excellent programming skills in C, C++.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Solaris environment
Domain Knowledge of Networking
Familiarity with databases
At least 8 years experience as a developer followed by around 5 years as an architect or design lead on large scale systems (>20 people, >9 months)
Full project lifecycle experience encompassing analysis, design, coding and implementation of large scale OO systems
Collaborative approach to design issues, leadership and problem solving
An intellectual charisma that allows you to engage with colleagues and clients
strong interpersonal skills
Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
Is a self-starter with new technologies
Ability to provide vision and technical architecture to customers and product team. Analyze and resolve issues independently.
