Installing QT4.4 with XMLPatterns using MSVC6

Hello,

i currently installed the new QT4.4 (qt-win-commercial-4.4.0-vc60.exe) on the pc, using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0. Now i would like to use the QtXmlPatterns module. But when i compile a new project, which uses QXmlQuery ( a class of QtXmlPatterns), i got an error "Cannot open include file 'QtXmlPatterns'".

The Assistant says "Note that QtXmlPatterns is disabled when building Qt, if exceptions are disabled or if a compiler that doesn't support member templates, such as MSVC 6, is used.".

So how can i use this new feature from QT, using my IDE Visual C++ 6.0? Is it even possible to do that?

Bye Tom

i also tried Qt4.4.0 with Visual C++ 6.0 and found out that WebKit is not supported by that.
With MinGW and the open source edition this works.

I think VC 6.0 is obsolete now and will not be supported by Qt at least for new features.
