hi all,

how can i position my application window (not a widget) in main, or anyplace, to set its initial screen position near the top left corner of the screen?

right now it pops up in random places and usually has much of the window below the bottom of the screen.

hi, thanks. yes, i did, after messing around with reparent. i tried it from main which was screwing something up, so i put it in the constructor which works, finally.

i think i'm set now.
