qt change screen calibration ?

I have a qt program working fine with resistive (4 wires) touchscreen.
I use tslib to manage touchscreen and ts_calibrate to calibrate touchscreen. It give pointercal file in /etc/pointercal.

I show on my screen touchscreen detected position (mouse pointer).

My problem : when I calibrate touchscreen and then lauch qt program, touchscreen detected position is correct. But sometime, when I stop qt program and restart it, touchscreen detected position is not at correct position but with a small gap (like 5 pixel on the right/left/up/down). If I check with ts_test, detected position is also with same error.

I don't know what to do... It seems that qt changes touchscreen calibration at startup...

do you have any idea ? Did you have this problem ?
