Only 10% of Window are visible

OS: window; qt: 3.2.3

Hello,

I have a problem with qt-designer. When I open a QT-project for instance
a c-source, only the bottom part (10%) of the window is visible. This
phenomenon occures to all kind of edit or gui winows (not the
qt-designer itself).
Has anybody else this problem or a solution for it?

Same problem here

Hi I have exactly same problem.
Windows XP, new isntallation of latest Qt with latest MinGW.

Any idea what's wrong?
