Does Qt do the required tasks like .....

I want to develop a cross-platform(Mac, Window, Linux) desktop
application. I want this application to search media file(especially
audio, all formats) from user's internal drives and external drives
attached and to read and write meta data(ID3 tags) of the searched media
files and display to the user. I want to read iTunes data library(XML).
I am new to Qt and don't know do this support the following tasks:

-> Customized UI: Like can I implement drag and drop on user
interface. The user interface of the application should posses the
features like Media players like Windows Media Player, iTunes.

-> Apple scripting integration: Can Qt interact with iTunes and communicate with Apple Script?

-> Convert Audio: Media file(Audio, Video) transcoding and conversion to other supported formats.

-> Audio finger printing.

-> Web API integration: Application should communicate web API's.

-> Database and XML manipulations.

-> Rich UI: The user interface of the application needs to be rich
and attractive. The user could do drag and drop the UI objects to
transfer the corresponding physical file to be move or copy from one to
other storage media. There are six view like Album, Artist, Track,
Playlist, etc. so the switching between all the views must be fast.

Can I do all the above things using Qt?

Do Qt support all the required thing?

I'll be thankful for your reply.

Yes, you can do everything you want but you have to study a lot.
For a nice UI you can use qml, for media files FFmpeg etc.
Are you a beginner?
