Qt embedded and several cross compilers, same App

Hello,

I have two plataforms with its cross compilers.
Qt compiler with each cross compiler but now I have a doubt.

I would like to compile the same app with both cross compilers.
I use as IDE Eclipse with Qt integration.

is there any way to do it?
It is very hard to reconfigure all project properties when I need to change plataform.
