QMySQL Plugin

hey :)
I'm trying now for several days with Qt SDK to get access to a MySQL database.
I know I need to create a plugin with this code:
-------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------
qmake "INCLUDEPATH + = C: \ MySQL \ include" "LIBS + = C: \ MySQL \ MySQL Server <version> \ lib \ opt \ libmysql.lib" mysql.pro
nmake
-------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------

But I always get the message:
--- Can not find file: mysql.pro .---

I use Qt version 4.7.3
and MySQL 5.1
Windows 7 64 bit

would be glad if someone could help me :)

Sincerely, Jan Merkschien

Hi Jan,

I have been working on getting MySQL to work on Fedora for couple of days. There are three plugin directories on my system and of course the qmysqllibrary was not in the right one. I used "qDebug() << app.libraryPaths();" to find out where the program was looking for the library.

Hope this helps,

Vin
