Newbie question about compiling qt applications

Hi! Im a begginer, i use Linux platform (Ubuntu), g++ for my compiler, and qt creator for UI design. Its all running smoothly, however i am worried that if i compiled my applications using qt's framework do i have to install the framework on another computer for it to run?

No that is not necessary. Simply compile your application on the platform you wish to run it on and it will run ok. The only other thing you need to do is make sure you distribute the correct DLLs with your application (or the linux equivilent of the DLLs).
