Porting VS2005 project with multiple Dlls to Qt to have single exe

Hi ,I want to port existing VS2005 project on to Qt .The current one has too many Dlls.So I want make this single exe using qt.I went through the Qt docs,They talk about plugging Qt to VS2005 but not about how to convert the existing project.Any pointers to this is of great help.
