images with qt designer editor

Good morning!

I have an essential question to make! I have being programming all my exercises step by step. Creating my buttons with images and all i need.
Now, i want to do the same but instead of programming everything, i want to use the qt designer editor to know which of those ways is the best.

can anyone lend me a hand?
