Qt like Layout Manager available for .NET platform

Microsoft .Net windows forms layout capabilities are not comparable to Qt's
layout manager, which is one of the best layout manager available for any
platform. Unlike Java, Windows forms doesn't even have a good layout
manager.

Now, a commercial layout manager "SmartLayouts" is out for Windows Forms
which behaves like Qt Layout Manager. For your layout needs, you will feel
fully at home using SmartLayouts if you ever liked Qt layout manager.

Within Visual studio 2005 and 2008, it even supports complete and similar
integration with context menus as is available in Qt designer.
