Real Time Graph Plots

Hey is how do i go about . Plotting Real time graphs in my application. I looked a lot on internet for Real Time Graph Plots examples. But din find any. pls guide me . !!! .I tried QWT library but din find a proper doc to install it. I am not sure on how start of the this Graph Plot. I am using Qt 4.3 integrated with VS2005 on Windows XP.
