Toolbar icons seem too small...

Howdy, I'm making a Qt based GUI for an application which already has GTK based GUI (Mupen64) and running into a problem that the toolbars I get from Qt designer are too small. See:

My test GUI is on the right. I want my icons to be the same size as Kwrite's. Ideally I'd have the same style toolbar, i.e. one which extends the length of the window and has the same configuration options. Let me know if this is a KDE-only class. Ideally I'd stick with base Qt as to increase portability.

Any ideas on how to get the type of toolbar I want? I'm not completely new to Qt programming, but this is the first time I'm working on a main GUI window or anything with toolbars.

Thanks in advance.
