Intall qt-x11 in DSL

First, let me start with saying I am a complete noob with linux. I am trying to install drivers for a wlan card on my laptop. The install file says I need qmake, and to download qt-x11-free-3.2.1 to get it... So thats what I did.

I successfully unpacked and uncompressed the file but now I am confused as to how to compile the source files. All I need is the qmake file and I am not quite sure how to get it.

Any help??

Try using your distribution's packages & drivers.
