Eclipse Default Workspace

When I install the QT Eclipse plugin in Eclipse 3.2.2 Europa eclipse refuses to ask me for a workspace on startup. It just opens a blank workspace every time.

If I remove the plugin it works fine.. Anyone seen thos before ?
