windows exception after changing a form

Hello,

i have a form with some contols, and i will add some other controls like lineedit ore a combobox to this form.
After i rebuild the projekt i can not start the application, a windows messeage is shown with "can not access to memory!

Enviorment:
WindowsXP, qt 4.2.1 integration to eclipse, i use the eclipse interated designer!

can anybody help me ?
