no form displayed in Desiger

I really feel bad about having to ask this, but I installed designer to try Qt in windows. Everything went well, except I couldn't install mingw from the installer, and having to modify the paths manually. I wrote a couple qick apps to test everything out then closed the Designer out for the day. Today I open Designer ready to go to work, and whenever I create a form, dialog, tool, etc ... I can't see the form. I have a dual monitor rig so I've tried expanding, reopening, and moving Designer about with no luck. I'm completely stumped.

P.S. Trolls: This could be grounds for a little fix so that the form returns to at least a few pixels down and over in the main design window.
