Hi,

(www.avegasystems.com) are a very well funded start-up based in Sydney (Australia). Our 25 engineers (h/w, f/w and s/w) are working on truly ground breaking networked (wired and wireless) home entertainment platforms (audio and video) for embedded as well as cross-platform desktop applications (hence QT).

We are currently looking for people who are really into software development. Our requirements cover general C/C++ (software engineering/architecture), embedded Linux development , Linux kernel development, hard-core networking (802.11, 802.3, TCP/IP stack expertise), Windows kernel, C, C++, higher level interoperability protocols (UPnP, DLNA), QT, etc. Any of these on your CV would be great but your passion for software and your talent is far more important than the specifics of your experience.
