how to disable minmize and restore buttons

hi guys,
I created a mainform, i want to disable the restore and minimize button or remove the restore and minimize button, is there any way in which i could do this....

Just curious ... why would you want to do this? This reminds me of sites that try to take control of your web browser by removing toolbars, buttons, etc.

Does Windows XP allow you to do this? I know you can do it in Unix/Linux (e.g. via X11 decorations).

In a manufacturing world, you would not want the operator to close out the application controlling the $1M dollar piece of equimpent then having to scrap the $500K in product that got ruined from the interuption.
